Check in was easy and the beds are so comfortable. Everyone has been nice here and would definitely come back here. If I had to make a complaint about anything it’s the juggling of the toilet handle but really it’s irrelevant lol
Room was big which was nice, furniture in the room was very warn looking though and the person who checked us in was in her purple satin pajamas which seemed very unprofessional especially for a busy weekend with the big event going on. Food in restaurant was delicious like always and was very enjoyable. Then event was fun as well!
I was looking for a hotel awhile back, and I chose this location. This place is nostalgic to me, because I remember being a little girl having a birthday party here. It’s nice to see the updates between then and now. The service was awesome and the small-town hospitality is hard to beat. The bathroom was so clean and so was the rest of the room and building. I unfortunately didn’t make it to breakfast, but the lady who checked me in sounded excited about it. It’s nice to know that when out-of-towners stop for a night or so, they will get a nice taste of Kankakee county.
We stay here whenever we visit our son at college. The cost is lower then others in the area which is great! Hotel could definitely use some cosmetic upgrades but out bed is always comfortable. The staff is always friendly!
It’s a big hotel with big parking lot for cars and trucks. Room was clean but small screen TV. Breakfast was super tasty—-
The guy preparing your complimentary breakfast on Sunday and Monday morning is doing a fabulous job! He really throws down in that little corner. Nice room, clean, pleasent smelling. The complimentary toiletries are pathetic so bring your own.
I was just there this weekend had a great time the hotel was very very good the food great the service excellent the front desk very professional friendly for a small town I felt at home everybody was friendly everybody was nice the room was clean the hotel staff make sure that we were comfortable make sure that everything was on point I like that they followed up with concerns right away oh and those breaded mushrooms we're so good and so delicious got to go back again for those mushrooms thank you again for great hospitality and friendliness with a smile
Can't say enough about the Quality Inn. I've been to many banquet halls all around the tri state area and was especially impressed with their banquet hall. Food was unbelievably delicious. Everyone was commenting on the cream of chicken soup to the main dinner. Not to mention the phenomenal Greek salad. And Service was top. If your planning on having an event. I highly recommend the banquet facilities.
